A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join a manufacturing company based in High Wycombe. This role would suit a commercially orientated individual who is looking for an opportunity to work with an established team, take ownership of their function, develop their skills and knowledge and potentially progress their career.

Requirements:

Ownership of all the companies planning processes including the annual Business plans including 5-3 year plans.
Working closely with site Financial Controllers/Accountants to ensure that all reporting is timely and accurate.
Analyse and present comprehensive financial and non-financial information effectively to the Business Managers and senior stakeholders.
Produce metrics that concisely monitor key aspects of the business – sales, margins, direct material, direct labour, overheads, project accounting, working capital and cash flows.
Compile monthly and quarterly Business Unit bookings, sales and EBITDA forecasts working closely with the Sales Team.
Continuously monitor Business Unit profitability and provide guidance that enables the teams to drive the profitable growth of the businesses.Requirements:

CIMA or ACCA Qualified
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
