We are presently looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join a well-known growing Market leading FTSE listed company based in High Wycombe. The Senior Finance Analyst will be an effective member of the financial and divisional management teams, producing robust, reliable, accurate financial information for their respective division. You will participate in continual performance improvement through the leading and implementation of key projects and processes for their respective division.
Responsibilities:
* Primary contact for and business partnering with key Divisional teams for all financial matters
* Ensuring the company's financial controls and processes are followed
* Reviewing monthly account reconciliations
* Recommending and preparing financial business cases for investment, capital expenditure and change programmes resulting in cash flow and profit improvement
* Proactively seeking and recommending profit improvement suggestions for the division in conjunction with the General Manager and operational team
* Ensuring regional period-end close and submissions are made on time and in full
* Preparing divisional re-forecasting and budgeting
* Leading the investigation and query resolution for any issues that arises on the Divisional teams P&Ls
* Maintaining other key performance data as required

* Other ad-hoc requirements as requested by the General Manager or other Senior Finance members
Requirements:
* Graduate qualified accountant or studying towards CIMA, ACCA or ACA
* Experience of working with and supporting operational, commercial staff across multiple locations
* Management accounting experience gained in the service, logistics or waste industries an advantage
* Confident with all Microsoft applications including advanced Excel skills
* Well organised with the ability to plan and prioritise
* Articulate, confident and assertive
* Analytical and able to quickly assess issues and recommend and/or implement solutions
* Robust and resilient, able to absorb pressure and respond positively
* Solid pragmatic approach to delivering to tight deadlines and targets
* The ability to communicate with conviction, plan with precision and, most importantly, play well with others
