A well-established FMCG business with brands sold throughout the UK and online are seeking to bring a talented Analyst in support the sales and operations teams as well as maintaining the accounts receivable administration and reports into the Finance Director. In more details your responsibilities will be:

Responsible for running and analysing weekly rate of sales data that is received from multiple retail channels
Distribute to the UK business, a weekly report displaying understanding of the weekly sales, and their effect on the business
Provide commentary on the sales analysis
Raising Sales Invoices on a daily basis, submitting to multiple external systems
Posting cash receipts and managing allocations of all sales ledger accounts
Review and manage credit note requests before submitting for approval
Track and resolve customer accounts queries
Performing routine statement runs
Very strong Excel skills with experience in manipulating large amounts of data, ideally in a product industry will be the key to this role. You should be naturally analytical with an eye for detail and a curiosity towards trends and reasoning. Any experience of accounts administration is advantageous but not essential as training will be given, but will need to be willing to cater for both areas of the role equally
