We are currently working with a large business based in the High Wycombe area who are looking for a Finance Lead on an initial 6 month contract. This role will be supporting in the disposal of 10 inactive entities and will require a strong technical accounting background. To be considered for the role you will need:

Previous experience in disposal of companies/final accounts
Experience in the integration of assets and services from inactive entities
Confidence to provide business and tax advice
ACCA/ACA qualification
