Interim Payroll Co-ordinator – High Wycombe – £35,000 – £40,000
This interim opportunity is to initially manage and administer the payroll and expenses process for the business by liaising with our third-party payroll partners.
You will also be involved in implementing a new system to handle payroll internally, so this is a great opportunity to get involved in the implementation and testing for the migration of systems.
Main responsibilities for the Payroll Co-ordinator will be:
Co-ordinate payroll for 400 staff through an outsourced provider
Process expense claims
Deal with queries
Produce the monthly payroll journal for the accounts team
Salary payments
HMRC & NI payments
Benefit payments
Support with the implementation of a new system and bringing the payroll in-house.
You will have:
Payroll experience
Balance Sheet reconciliation experience
Experience of system implementation testing
