A leading Plc business are looking for a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the function for the entirety of the group. As a key member of the senior finance team you will be responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting and the 5 Year Plan. You will also drive forward change and systems improvements as well as lead a team of FP&A professionals. Responsibilities to include:

Develop budget and forecast models and projections in conjunction with the operating units as required. Analyze and validate forecast-to-forecast changes and provide summary reports
Direct, construct and complete financial analyses on profitability enhancing opportunities and strategies, proposed changes to internal processes, and new business strategies
Managing the group FP&A team of approximately 10 people
Conduct and support ad-hoc analysis and projects on issues throughout the Company as assigned
Provide in-depth financial analysis and value-added commentary on consolidated Budgets for key stakeholders including Leadership team
Responsible for the group 5 Year Plan process (consolidation of P&L and capex forecast, preparation of balance sheet, cashflow, bridges and presentation).
Analyse trends and provide advice to leadership team to enable robust decision making.
Develop scenario analysis, providing in depth analysis and advice on various scenarios and options.
Ad hoc analysis to support business challenges and opportunities
Provide analysis as a key business partner to make robust decisionsCandidate required:

Full professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
Proven experience of leading a FP&A function
Demonstrable excellent Analytical skills and ability to interpret financial information and trends
