Job Title: International Head of Finance
Location: High Wycombe
Job Purpose: Manage the international finance team supporting all international accounting operations including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, reconciliations between multiple management systems, monthly closings, accounting procedures, internal control development, and maintenance and compliance with GAAP and local, federal, and international regulations and accounting requirements.
Principle Accountabilities: Local statutory, audit, and tax requirements (UK/Switzerland). Ensuring all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations.
Financial and non-financial reporting on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycle.
Budgetary process
Internal reporting structure and management reports giving greater visibility of successes and failures. Highlighting areas for improvement, making recommendations, and implementing recommendations as appropriate.
Development & maintenance of KPI & BSC
Internal Auditing process, driving improvements

Risk Management
Recommend cost-reduction solutions
Tax Management
TP compliance
Work with CFO on funding options
Involvement with the demerger of the group
Key role in ERP/CRM implementation
TM/IP Domain management of the outsourced firm
Oversee the financial team and individual work plans and regularly assess team performance against set objectives
Support all areas of the business to help achieve their business objectives
Coverage of all accounting functions where needed due to absence
Control and Reporting: Navision, monthly reporting pack, budget, forecast, profit analysis reporting, pricing, NetSuite, or SAP.
Knowledge and Experience: 1st degree 3-5 years, 2nd degree 5-8 years, Professional Qualification 8 years plus
