A leading UK company based in High Wycombe are looking for a Group Reporting Manager. This role will take responsibility for group financial reporting & accounting and lead a small team Accountants. The right person will have strong technical accounting skills as well as group consolidation experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Monthly review preparation and consolidation reporting including P&L, BS and cash flow
Play a key role in the preparation of Statutory Accounts including liaising with the auditors and tax team.
Provide central control for the accounting system parameters.
Provide accounting advice and support to team and wider finance department
Maintain and prepare the group intercompany matrix. Implement efficient processes for a timely and accurate monthly reconciliation to allow accurate completion of both group and statutory accounts to the auditors.
Provide comprehensive acquisition accounting.
Perform periodic balance sheet analytical reviews to support effective internal control framework.
Provide Oversight and Support to team, including Fixed Assets accounting.Requirements:
Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
Experience of statutory accounts and IFRS
Experience of a managing a small team
Highly competent in Microsoft Excel and proficient with reporting and analytical tools.
Analytical capability to interpret data trends into business impacts.
Ability to create and deliver efficient business processes
