Operations Analyst

Working from modern offices in High Wycombe, Bucks, the Graduate Operations Analyst joins a department of collaborating teams based at the heart of the company, ensuring that new customers, transactions and processes run smoothly and safely in their network.

They are seeking recent Graduates in Finance, Economics, Maths or Business, or perhaps Graduates who have gained some finance sector experience and who want to kickstart their careers in this exciting sector.

Your responsibilities will involve:

Monitoring client balances and credit conditions
Managing all daily incoming and outgoing payments
Reconciling bank entries against the internal system
Client account opening and due diligence
Dealing with client payment enquiries, liaising with banking partners
Generating reports
Covering foreign exchange positions; risk management nd hedging of positionsThe company are looking for candidates with:

Excellent numeracy skills and an eye for detail to ensure accuracy
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Empathetic, with good interpersonal skills.
Curious and engaged, proactively seeks new information to expand own knowledge and skills.
