Graduate Management Accountant, High Wycombe, £25,000pa – £30,000pa plus benefits:

Our client has been at the forefront of technological innovation for over 70 years, leading the way within science. Due to growth within their finance team, they are looking to hire a Graduate Management Accountant. The role would perfectly suit a Graduate Management Accountant who has a year or two industry experience and is part qualified, as this business will your progression and studies to become fully quailed.

The role:

On a daily basis, the Graduate Management Accountant will be responsible for several areas like Budgeting, Planning and Reporting. Here are a few of the key daily duties:

Produce Consolidated accounts in an accurate and timely fashion
Support the monthly preparation of Visual Management KPI data for the board
Responsible for the analysis, preparation and upload of subsidiary businesses
FX reporting of balances and flows on a monthly basis
Produce Monthly headcount analysis for the business and work with Global Manager to forecast appropriately
Monthly R&D Reporting and forecasting
Responsible for managing the weekly revenue forecast for the business, liaising with operations and regional offices
Understanding orderbook around the Group and ensure operational orderbook is aligned
Service Forecasting using a combination of orderbook and regional inputs
Support budget processes – including P&L, balance sheet and cash About you:

The successful Graduate Management Accountant will be part qualified accountant. You will be degree educated with a drive to continue learning. Due to the level of interaction with Senior Stakeholders within this global organisation, you will need to be an exceptional communicator with a personal drive to meet deadlines and targets. The following areas are also essential experience criteria:

Experience of success as the management accountant in a complex, international business.
High professional integrity.
Highly developed numeracy and analytical skills.
Experience of consolidation, budgeting and forecasting.
High degree of practical, commercial awareness, hands on approach Benefits for the Graduate Management Accountant:
