Technology Recycle Group (TRG), is looking for an experienced Finance Manager on a flexible part-time basis; TRG are a circular economy company based in High Wycombe that offers mobile phone solutions including buyback programs and processing services. This is a high-visibility position liaising with colleagues across international markets. In this position you will be the face of finance & accounting for TRG, owning month-end closing processes, providing analyses and actionable insights, and supporting other functions.
This is a hybrid role, where you will be able to work flexibly from home, but will be required to attend the offices as and when required, and in particular at month end.

Role Requirements:
* Completing weekly/monthly profit and loss reports and ad-hoc analyses for the business
* Reporting and management information for the company, including posting month end adjustments, completing/reviewing reconciliations, obtaining substantiation, completing analytical review of movements and providing commentary.
* Preparation of forecast and budget numbers and providing commentary and explanation of variances.
* Collaborate with international colleagues to consolidate financial information.
* Drive on improvements for existing processes to ensure they are as efficient as possible.
Essential Criteria:
* Be a qualified accountant (AAT – Level 3 minimum) with at least 5 years’ experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
* Must have experience with inventory accounting and intercompany reporting
* Strong IT skills including Excel/Google Sheets, Quickbooks/ERP systems and the ability to learn new IT systems and processes.
* The ability to take initiative and work towards results with limited oversight, in a team environment.
* Able to communicate, succinctly and in simple terms, both verbally and in writing.
* High attention to detail, ensuring work output is accurate and relevant.
