We have a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join our well established client in High Wycombe. This opportunity will ideally suit a proactive, driven and enthusiastic individual with previous Finance / Accounts Administration experience.
Key Responsibilities:
– The successful Finance Administrator will be carrying out various tasks for the business but mainly accounts and administrative duties.
– The candidate will be posting and sending invoices to clients, running supplier payments, carrying out Bank Reconciliations, dealing with account queries as well as any general finance related tasks.
– The Finance Administrator will be carrying out general business admin based tasks including maintaining the company CRM and spreadsheets, being the first point of contact for office calls as well as filing and clerical duties.
– Full training on company CRM and Finance Software package will be provided
Key Attributes:
– Must be proactive and an ability to work well under pressure
– Impeccable communication and organisational skills
– Excellent Microsoft Office and IT skills
– Previous use of an Accounting software package is preferable
– Strong initiative to be able to take on any tasks assigned to them
Hours:
Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm
Salary:
£22,000 – 30,000 Depending on Experience
