As a result of their phenomenal growth, they now want an experienced Client Services Team Supervisor to join their team based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.
The Role:
The Client Services team are responsible for all day to day client relations and service delivery within a highly demanding and fast-paced environment – they are a core function of the business managing a growing volume of accounts with complex servicing needs.
As Team Supervisor, you will be supporting the account managers/support team staff with problem solving, switching between commercial and operational decision making to drive daily service delivery.
You'll also be tasked with escalations, training and support and take on line management responsibilities for a section of the team; assisting in their development of to achieve KPI performance.
Your Skills:
You'll have a combination of senior client-facing skills and line management experience within a demanding, commercial environment, possibly gained within the financial services sector.
You'll also demonstrate:
Motivational and leadership skills
An eye for detail and numerical ability
Ability to work at pace in a high pressure environment often to tight deadlines
Commercial Awareness and confidence to find solutions and take ownership of issues
