An Internationally successful organisation based in High Wycombe are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.
Experience using Maconomy software is necessary for this role
Responsibilities will include:
Facilitating Accounts Payable
Code and process all payables invoices
Prepare and process weekly payment run
Monthly review and maintenance of all open Purchase Orders
Check, process and reconcile all company credit card expenditure, expense claims and returned floats
Reconciliation of bank accounts
Ensuring supplier payments and client receipts are processed in Maconomy
Assist Financial Controller with preparation of month end journals and balance sheet reconciliations
Prepare monthly aged creditors and cashflow forecast
Liaising with suppliersRequirements:
Ideally with circa 2 years' experience working in a finance department
A strong communicator with the ability to see tasks through to the end
Experience using Maconomy is a pre-requisite
Ability to work to agreed deadlines and quality
