We have an excellent opportunity for a Business/Finance Graduate (or equivalent) to join this busy Company in the High Wycombe area.
This role is varied and covers a wide range of accounts and administrative duties.
The successful candidate will assist with (but not limited to):
Accounts & Finance
Posting invoices
Running supplier/labour payments within agreed terms
Reviewing staff expenses
Bank reconciliations
Dealing with account queries
Account related filing
Administration:
To help maintain various spreadsheets
Maintaining office supply inventory
Answering office calls
Organise and store paperwork, documents and computer based information
Printing/Photocopying
This role is office based and the hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
The Business & Finance Administrator will need to be able to work in a fast paced environment paying keen attention to detail. You will have a good command of MS Office Software including strong Excel skills
