Commercial Reporting Manager – SC – 3mths – remote/Milton Keynes – £550 per day OUTside IR35) – 1-2 days per week on site
Our Government client require an SC Cleared Commercial Reporting Manager for 3 months to working at their client based near Milton Keynes commutable from Northampton, Bedford, Luton, North London (with occasional visits to London) – 1-2 days per week on site
Due to the urgency of the assignment, SC or DV Security Clearance essential or candidates must be willing to undertake clearance.
Essential Experience required:
Salesforce administration and development
Excel and data import
To deliver business critical activities which include:
System stability
Salesforce administration and reporting (including licence management)
Monthly importing of financial data (from Excel) into Salesforce to generate sales pipeline reports
Year-end closure and set up for next Financial year
Deployment of new commercial reporting and dashboards (to align to new FY)
System modifications arising from organization structure changes including escalation and approvals processes
Various additional duties are required under this role, these include:
Management Information (MI) Reporting
Salesforce Management and Development:
Lead and Manage Salesforce Administrator
Manage Licence usage and annual licence renewal
Ensure administration functions of Salesforce are controlled and adhered to
Ensure effective User training is provided
Ensure Salesforce User Group, Change requests and enhancements are managed in accordance with agreed processes
Ensure Salesforce continues to deliver the appropriate information as required by Services for the effective control and governance of Sales and Commercial risk
