Jobandtalent is currently recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers for our client based in Milton Keynes and Northampton. You will be required to work from distribution centres in both locations so flexibility is essential.

The role is nationwide trunking and multi-drop driving with no more than an average of 4 drops. You will need to communicate effectively with transport managers and store staff.

Employment will be subject to completing and passing a driver assessment and induction.

Work location:

Multi site. Will need to be able to work at both sites, Magna Park 1, Fen Street, MK17 8EW & 1 Mercury Dr, Northampton NN4 7PN

Requirements:

* Have no more than 6 points on your licence

* Must have a CAT C licence

* No previous ban from driving

* No CU80, CD10 or NI10

* Basic experience in driving class 1

* Valid Digital Tachograph card and CPC

* Good English and Communication is essential

Conditions:

* Pay rate: £12.29 – £18.44 ph depending on start time

* Standard shift is 9.5 hours (if less than 9.5 hours are done, they will still be paid for 9.5 hours guaranteed)

* Permanent full time role
