An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Marketing Team at one of the leading global food manufacturers. You will be responsible for planning and executing the brand strategy on the Schwartz brand covering our Schwartz Recipe Mixes range.
Reporting to Marketing Director you will be responsible for directing and coordinating strategic marketing activities to drive growth through advertising and NPD.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy & Plans:
• Development of annual strategy for the Meal Solutions segment
• Execution of the annual brand plans for the MS
• Own and continuously improve the Meal Solutions P&L
• Analyse market data and trends identifying market opportunities and threats
• Build and deliver business presentations to stakeholders, retail customers and senior leadership.
Communication:
• Develop & implement an omnichannel integrated approach for the Meal Solutions segment
• Work closely with EMEA Central HUB for Media Strategy and Plans development
• Collaborate with EMEA Central Content Team on the development and execution of creative across all touchpoints (digital, social, PPC etc.)
NPDs & Portfolio Management:
• Close partnership with EMEA Growth Platforms team to develop & implement strong NPD plans
• Manage product life-cycle including SKU rationalization for the Meal Solutions segment
• Work as part of cross functional teams across website, culinary, graphics, legal, market research, production, sales & finance to ensure optimum portfolio play
Commercial:
• Collaborate with Sales, Category and Shopper teams for optimum Customer plans
• Work with EMEA and local Ecom team to develop and implement customized plans for this channel
• Work with Revenue Management team to develop product & channel pricing and winning promotional strategy & plans
• Engage in cross-functional monthly Demand Review updates
CANDIDATE PROFILE
· BA preferably in Marketing or related discipline.
· Proven successful experience working in an UK FMCG environment as Brand Manager
· Able to maximise a digital first approach, and winning the moments that matter
· Experience with Ecommerce and omnichannel driven plans
· Excellence in NPD execution & portfolio management, influencing and collaborating to drive what’s needed to grow against a clear category vision
· Experience of analysing & interpreting insight from marketing research (Nielsen, Kantar, Consumer Research)
· Strong project leadership experience with ability to manage multiple projects.
· Effectively work cross functionally & build relationships across departments and within EMEA.
