Our clients based in Haddenham are currently recruiting for additional Packing and Machine Operation staff to join their team on a Temp – Perm basis. The company are a manufacturing firm with production running in a traditional factory setting. Demand for their products continues to increase, hence looking to expand the team.

As a Machine Operator / Packer you will be assisting with the following duties:

* Using Vacuum Hoist to stack pallets

* Packing items in the factory

* Quality checking of goods being packed

* Labelling

* Pallet movement

Day shift – Shift times are alternating week by week

06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00. Monday – Friday.

The pay rate is £9.71 per hour.

Night shift: 22:00 – 06:00 Monday to Friday

The payrate is £12.91 per hour.

These positions would suit somebody that has a good manufacturing background, be physically fit, quality conscious and have a good work ethic.

Due to the working hours, own transport would be ideal but please do make enquiries as bus’s are available also.

Our client is offering this on a temp – perm basis so a permanent contract is available for the right candidates following a 12x week period. Salary will increase at this stage. There is opportunity for development also if you are keen to do so.
