The role involves leading a small production team manufacturing precision instruments with a high focus on quality and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in production within electrical/light engineering and be highly organised with an eye for detail, ensuring compliance and testing is of the highest standard.

Experience leading a team, developing and training is an advantage. Plan and prepare line for fast start up, ensure materials are in place for production.

Able to read drawings, interpret work instructions and record production KPIs and training records.
