Role – Production Leader

Salary – £30,000 – £35,000 per annum

Location – Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire

Atlas Employment are delighted to be working with our client based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, who require a Cell Leader to join their expanding successful team. The successful candidate will be required to directly supervise a team of production employees, continuously improving quality and processes and managing recruitment and discipline, whilst supporting the Manager.

What will you be doing as a Cell Leader?

Mentoring, training and handling discipline of the team
Managing the team’s Health & Safety, including 6S
Controlling quality of products and processes
Achieving targets and maximising productivity
Recruiting and being involved in appraisals
Resolving any issues of the team’s production output
Keeping accurate records
