My Haddenham based client is looking for a Group Training Manager.

As Group Training Manager your duties will include:

* Planning and managing all training activities both for their customer and staff, to include course design and session planning.

* Managing a team of instructors and testers.

* Planning, updating and delivering as required, a range of construction and health and safety related training courses.

* Produce and maintain a range of training databases for both customers and staff.

* Travel between offices may also be required.

To be successful in this role you will have:

* Previous experience managing a training team or department.

* Excellent IT skills, including knowledge of e learning packages.

* Good organisation skills and be a strong leader.

* Be able to work with employees, HR and management to ensure training objectives are met.

* Hold a formal training/instructional qualification.

* Experience in plant and machinery would be desirable.

Working hours for this role are 8am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Salary 30-42K depending on experience
