McCormick EMEA Digital Team are looking for a search specialist to lead, develop and implement the EMEA search strategy. This will happen across defined platforms, markets and consumer targets, to achieve specified KPI's to accelerate paid media, ecommerce growth platforms and DTC projects. Responsibilities
* Setting up paid search and shopping campaigns to optimize towards specific goals Daily 50
* Strategy, KPI performance and budget ownership, campaign execution Monthly 10
* Ongoing campaign optimization in line with best practice and testing the suitability of different attribution & measurement models to assess marketing performance Monthly 10
* End-to-end ownership of Paid Search campaigns, including campaign planning, set up & activation, optimization towards performance marketing KPIs, root cause good or poor performance, and campaign evaluation Monthly 10
* In depth knowledge of PPC marketing platforms (Google / SA360 / Bing) for performance marketing, including but not limited to setting up paid search and shopping campaigns to optimize towards specific goals Monthly 20
* Identify new commercial opportunities by keeping up to date with the latest digital marketing trends & innovations, and determining how to apply them to our commercial goals Monthly
* Propose revenue-generating ideas / hypotheses off these opportunities, a robust experimental set up to understand effectiveness, and help priorities our test & learn schedule Monthly
* Developing & improving McCormick understanding of H&S shoppers’ motivations & desires, and how we can use digital marketing tools to influence the right audience
* Driving digital and media planning change management with Digital Director, VP
* Scheduling media and digital training, best practice sharing with Digital Director
Qualifications
* Bsc or BA – Degree qualifications – preference for marketing / mathematics / economics / business
* Strong interpersonal skills and experience of interaction with senior stakeholders
* Understanding of tracking, analytical experience and change management,
* Proven SEO experience and a track record of improving results
* Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
* In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Moz etc)
* Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
* Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
* Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO
* Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
* SEM experience and managing PPC campaigns with major media owners
* Experience with search optimization and configurations, using a variety of tools (Google Ads, Amazon, Search Console etc.)
* Google AdWords / Google Analytics Certified (or working towards)
* PPC – Google Ads, Shopping, GDN, Bing Ads & Shopping/Product Ads
* Paid Social – Facebook Ads, Instagram
* Analytics – Google Analytics, HotJar
* HTML & CSS
