MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage key Regional and Global IT Infrastructure projects to assure scoping, planning, delivery, effective cost, and risk management, and to minimize potential integration issues.
* Responsible for adhering to ITOM and project management processes in use within company IT.
* Manage project plans and schedules. Manage internal project resources and liaise with external provider resources and managers to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of IT projects.
* Responsible for reviewing completed projects to assess overall performance against project delivery targets, including project objectives, agreed upon scope, actual costs versus budget, and schedule attainment.
* Act as a liaison between internal IT groups, external provider resources and internal business stakeholders to ensure proper project management processes are followed.
* Manage communications with senior management, steering committees, and key business resources.
* Act as an ITOM process advisor to ensure that all project activity is correctly reviewed, and that workforce and demand planning activities are completed.
* Define key project metrics, track objectives, identify and resolve project risks and issues. Track project budget objectives.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
* Degree in a relevant IT field or relevant working experience.
* Project Management Certifications, including Scrum, PMP, Prince2.
* Experience in the execution of complex projects in multiple technologies and functions.
* IT business experience required.
* Comprehensive project management experience including global initiatives. Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.
* Ability to exercise good judgment under pressure and sensitive situations.
* Ability to work effectively individually as well as part of a team.
* Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
* Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Strong leadership skills combined with self-motivation and attention to detail.
