My Haddenham based client are looking for an Office Assistant to join their team.
As Office Assistant, you will report to the Office Manager and support them in all office related tasks.
Your main duties will include, but not limited to:
* Answering the phones, taking messages and directing calls
* Meeting and greeting guests, offering drinks and ensuring refreshments are available for meetings
* Dealing with the post
* Administrative support duties including document writing, responding to emails and database use
* Managing the petty cash
* Creating and filing documents
* Scanning and photocopying
In addition to your own duties, in time you will learn other roles within the department in order to provide holiday cover to help with invoicing, transport and training administration.
The ideal candidate will:
* Have some administration experience
* Be confident face to face and on the telephone
* Be happy to multitask and manage a varied workload
* Be prepared to run errands such as purchasing office supplies
* Happy to help with basic tasks like keeping the kitchen clean, loading the dishwasher and making sure that supplies are replenished

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8-5.30pm and salary range is £20-22k depending on previous experience and transferrable skills
