My client, based in Haddenham, are looking for an Office Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.
The role of Office Administrator is a busy, varied role and will require the successful applicant to be a good all-rounder.
As Office Administrator, your duties will include:
* Being first point of contact for clients, providing support and advice regarding products, providing quotes and processing orders.
* You will prepare information packs for their field engineers and log their visit reports afterwards.
* You will be responsible for ordering consumables and parts so a good eye for detail is needed
* You will work closely with the production and field teams to maintain stock levels.
* You will undertake basic accounting administration including sending out copy invoices, creating purchase order numbers and logging invoices on to SAGE 50.
* There will also be general administrative duties such as maintaining the database, filing, ordering supplies and dealing with the post.
* This is a really varied role which is integral to the day to day running of this small business.
To be successful in this position:
* You must be happy with a varied workload with an eye for detail and figures as well as exceptional customer service skills.
This company is very successful but has a relaxed and informal attitude.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday 9-5pm with a slightly earlier finish on Friday.
Pay will be 20-25k depending on transferrable knowledge and they offer excellent benefits including private healthcare
