Due to continued expansion, my Haddenham based client are looking for a Hire Controller to join their team of 5.

As Hire Controller, you will work closely with internal departments to ensure that the hire process runs smoothly from initial quote through to equipment delivery and remain point of contact for any enquiries from clients.

As Hire Controller you will:

* Be first point of contact for clients and deal with any enquiries

* Provide clients with advice and quotations for equipment hire and accessories

* Identify the correct solution for client requirements

* Process orders using the internal database

* Take payments and create contracts

* Manage a number of key allocated customers

The successful Hire Controller will ideally have:

* Previous experience in a similar role

* Be efficient at high volume administration

* Have some internal sales knowledge

* Have experience in order processing

* Have confident communication skills

* Have the ability to pick things up quickly
