My Haddenham based client is seeking a Customer Service Executive – Export. They are looking for someone to manage and coordinate all aspects of sales, customer service and export their products.
Your duties will be:
* To provide excellent customer service to UK and International customers and European dealers. Manage the sales process from quotations, order processing, export and delivery through SAP. Support exhibitions where needed.
* Coordinate international travel for customers and trainers.
* Manage aftersales processes including any warranty claims.
To be successful in your application you will be:
* A very strong administrator with 5 years plus experience.
* Enjoy working in a very fast paced environment.
* Have knowledge of import/export processes and paperwork and have experience of working with freight forwarders and be confident in negotiating rates.
* Be extremely organised with good communication skills.
* Have a working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft packages.
* Be committed to working as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Educated to A level or equivalent.
Working hours are Monday-Friday 8am – 5.30pm
Salary of 30-35K
22 days holiday + bank holidays which increases with service. Pension scheme
