My Haddenham based client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their small friendly team.
As a Customer Service Administrator your duties will include:
* Management of customer orders via their in-house system
* Maintaining the customer database
* Providing information to customers
* Co-ordination of internal activity in relation to customer support
* Preparation of weekly/monthly customer reports
* General administrative support
As Customer Service Administrator, you will:
* Have a working knowledge of Word and basic Excel
* Be punctual
* Be pro-active
* Have the ability to ensure that commitments to customers are achieved
* Have strong organisational and problem-solving skills
* You must be able to work independently and be happy with a varied workload.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm with 40 minutes for lunch with an earlier finish on Fridays. Holiday entitlement is 25 days and the salary range is £20-23k plus additional excellent benefits
