IN2 Consult – Finance Assistant – Oxford – £20,000 to £22,000 Per annum – Month End (accruals, reconciliations) 

IN2 Consult are currently supporting a large, repuatble, well-known organisation in the Oxford area that is currently looking for a Junior Finance Assistant to join their finance team due to a period of growth. This company is well-known in the market for promoting internal progression and developing/ training their finance professionals.

The position will be responsible for:

Submitting invoices for payment
Month end processes
Preparing invoice requests
Raising various types of invoices
Accruals
Posting journals
Ad-hoc tasks as required
The Successful Applicant

Full understanding of the workings of a finance department.
Fully proficient in MS Office applications particularly Excel.
Have excellent organisation skills.
Excellent time management skills
