This role will support the provision of management information and standardised reporting for EMEA finance teams and Corporate FP&A to provide qualitative insight to business performance. This role will work closely with commercial finance and shared service teams to provide accurate balance sheet, cash flow and fx reporting and forecasting. Additionally, this role will provide support to the Flavour Solutions Finance Director to ensure robust understanding of segment performance.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Coordinate the EMEA LTP, Budget and Forecast processes for Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
* Provide monthly reporting and analysis on key working capital and cash flow metrics for EMEA
* Drive cash flow delivery and Cash Conversion Cycle improvements for EMEA
* Provide monthly reporting insights in to fx impacts for EMEA and partner with Global Treasury team on queries. Provide monthly updates on FX opportunities and risks. Input FX hedge impacts into the forecasts.
* Complete quarterly Corporate reporting requirements for Net Sales and Gross Profit drivers (Sch 301 & Sch 365) as well as quarterly Flavour Solutions customer, category, and NPD reporting.
* Provide SG&A support for R&D cost centre owners and business partner with R&D VP to provide insights into month end results, forecast and budget.
* Support the creation of EMEA tax forecasts and budget. Coordinate the management all ‘Below Operating Profit’ items for forecasts and budget.
* Provide ongoing support and performance insights to the Flavour Solutions Finance Director including weekly flash, O&R reporting, bridge reviews, daily sales reporting and monthly reporting.
* Provide ad-hoc support to the EMEA FP&A Manager and Finance Director Business Performance for any projects.
* Provide ad-hoc support to Flavour Solutions Finance Director and his team.
* Drive reporting improvements for EMEA using TM1 Dashboarding and automation.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
* PQE, preferably with FMCG experience – Commercial Finance and Supply Chain Finance experience highly desirable
* Excellent Excel modelling skills imperative
* Advanced level user of TM1 imperative
* Hands on P&L, Budgeting and forecasting experience desirable
* Qualified Accountant ACA, CIMA or ACCA
* Excellent organisational skills & ability to “plan for things to go well”
* Superior communication skills to ensure effective communication across the zone and at various levels of the McCormick organisation
* Potential leadership and relationship building skills
* Microsoft PowerPoint skills
