Teacher of Maths – covering KS3 and KS4 – September start or sooner

This is an excellent opportunity to work with an OFSTED rated 'GOOD' academy on the South Bucks and Herts borders. This SEN school is seeking a Teacher of Maths covering KS3 and KS4 to join a highly collaborative team, a team which very much consists of both the SLT and the wider teaching staff.

The position has only become available following the current post holder successfully taking their first move as a Head of Department.

Your new role
Your roles the Teacher of Maths will include the following responsibilities:

Undertake class teaching and all associated preparatory, assessment, recording and reporting work, in a subject specialism and/or other curriculum areas.
Demonstrate skills in, and understanding of, a variety of teaching and learning strategies.
Contribute to the planning and delivery of any necessary policy documents and schemes of work for those subjects.
Regularly review the methods of teaching and programmes of work.
Liaise with colleagues, parents, educational support services and other agencies as appropriate.
