Recruitment Administrator – 6 Month Contract (FTC)
The Company:
Focus Group are pleased to be assisting this global vehicle charging company. My client is an ever-growing market leader in the electric vehicle (EV) solutions Sector.
The Role:
My client is currently looking to expand their growing recruitment team. You will be assisting and supporting the Senior Resourcing Specialist and the Resourcing team with routine and ad hoc tasks as well as all administration associated with new starters to the company and update new employee records.
The main duties and responsibilities in the role will include, but are not limited to:
* Check authority to hire
* Add all new roles onto the ATS System
* Complete offer letters and contracts, then send employee welcome packs
* Issue pre-employment vetting and manage each candidate’s profile.
* Keep in contact with candidate throughout the onboarding process to ensure they have a great experience
* Forming and maintaining employee records
* Updating the Recruitment Tracker and Smart Recruiters database – ensure all candidates have received feedback after interview and statuses updated on the ATS.
* Communicating with external partners, internal colleagues on individual recruitment projects as necessary
* Being the first point of contact for employees on any Resourcing-related queries, taking ownership of the shared mailbox.
* Support Resourcing Specialists through-out all stages of the recruitment process and supporting in arranging interviews and assessments.
* Build effective working relationships with the resourcing specialists and hiring managers
* Support Resourcing to demonstrate best practice across the business
* Post offer and acceptance, supporting Hiring Manager in onboarding processes
* Maintaining the account relationship with Smart Recruiters and being the first point of contact for any system questions or issues.
* Build Quarterly recruitment dashboards to show key metrics
* Coordinate weekly team meetings
* Supporting the Resourcing Specialists with interviews where necessary
* Issue Thomas International behavioural assessments to select candidates in interview process
The candidate:
You must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Recruitment Administrator/HR Administrator based role.
You will be a self-motivated, problem-solving Administrator with knowledge and abilities as follows:
* Excellent communication skills
* Effective influencing skills
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Experience inputting data accurately
* Knowledge of using Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Smart Recruiters)
* Use of technology and tools in the TA processes
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially excel (vlookups)

The role is a 6-month fixed term contract (FTC) with a review to go permanent
