Community Nurse- Gerrard's Cross – £18-£20ph- plus expenses

Location: Gerrards Cross

Amber Mace are currently recruiting for a Community Nurse for a Domiciliary Care Company. As the Community Nurse, you will help improve the nursing care within the community and provide specialist nursing knowledge as well as supporting the families of the patients. This role will involve travelling to residents homes to provide nursing care to people living independently at home, all travel expenses will be paid for.

As Community Staff Nurse, you will be required to:
• Assess patient's health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload within the patients home.
• Assist in the delivery of care to meet individual's health and wellbeing needs
• Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information
• Develop own knowledge and skills and that of others
• Contribute to quality improvement
• Promote peoples equality, diversity and rights
• Work autonomously with minimum supervision

The successful applicant for the Community Staff Nurse will possess the following skills/experience:
• Current NMC PIN
• Able to maintain professional standards of practice at all times
• Flexible and adaptable, well organised and able to manage time and workload effectively
• Person centred, showing empathy with a desire to make a difference
• Professional in your approach to customer care
• Motivated with the desire to expand your professional development and support organisational change
