Hands on Sales Manager needed!

Have you got great Sales and Sales Management skills? Are you motivated to build a successful management career with a growing IT reseller? Can you demonstrate track record in exceeding targets in the competitive reseller market?

As a Sales Manager / Account Director you will be developing and working your own account base, whilst also growing and developing the sales team. You will be able to play a key role in the direction of the sales team, making key hires, products to take to market and developing long term strategy for the company.

In fact, the Directors also manage their own accounts too! Our client is an IT reseller with a turn over in excess of £10m. The main focus of the business is IT Infrastructure; Server, Storage, Virtualisaiton, Networking etc. The sales team that you would be working with are a cracking bunch and you will be given the backing, both financially and internal support, to grow the team from day one.
