You will need to be customer service oriented willing to use your initiative to grow the business. You will be financially driven and be able to motivate yourself to be hard-working and organised. This agent needs you to have a good work ethic and be punctual as well as reliable within the office. If you are hard-working and have a sales background, you will fit in well with this team and create a great office environment.

This agent has a combined experience of 50+ years. They are different to traditional agents in the way they work as the structure and fees are slightly different.

The role in a nutshell
Selling the company services to generate new and repeat business
Gaining market appraisals and looking after potential vendors to actively promote using the services
Cross-selling additional services such as property buying, chain breaking and financial and legal services
Keeping abreast of local market conditions
Being alert for business opportunities
Agreeing on property sales for the best possible price for clients and stakeholders
Keeping accurate and concise records of all activity
Dealing with telephone and email inquiries from prospective buyers
Arranging viewings with prospective buyers via the network of property attendants
Registering inquiries effectively and arranging appointments to view suitable properties
Following up inquiries and maintaining a database of active potential buyers.
Carrying out vendor weekly marketing updates as directed
Negotiating offers under the direction of the Sales Manager
Working as part of the Sales team and covering other negotiators if required
Any other duties as deemed necessary to assist the team
