Learning & Development Project Team Leader
ALS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Learning & Development Project Team Leader to join an organisation operating in the outsourced services space. We are looking for someone with a drive for results, technical expertise and outstanding customer focus.
As the leader of a team of Project Managers, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of all learning and development project work. You'll ensure that everything is delivered to a high standard, compliant with the company standard operating procedures, is fit for purpose, deadlines are met, budgets are stuck to and that clients are more than satisfied with the work!
The successful candidate will come from a background in L&D (learning & development), has previous led a team or department ideally within project focused work. It would be an advantage if you have experience in dealing with L&D digital events.

Experience:
* Previous experience in running L&D events, digital, face to face, internationally etc.
* Experience in the Healthcare/ Pharmaceutical/ Biotechnology/ Medical or similar industries is preferred.
* Experience leading a team or department
* Strategic thinking capability
* Passion for good quality Capability Development interventions
* Demonstrable experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Solution driven with the ability to work collaboratively
* Ability to travel internationally (as required)
* Driving license
