REGISTERED NURSE RGN  – WORKING WITH 1 CLIENT IN THEIR HOME

£28.00 PER HOUR DAYS

£35.00 PER HOUR NIGHTS

7AM TO 7PM OR 10PM TO 7AM

MONDAY TO FRIDAY – FIXED DAYS OR NIGHTS AND OCCASSIONAL WEEKENDS

About us and our client?

We are Care First Recruitment UK, a family run business who work no stop to place the right candidates to the right clients. Our client is a family run home care provider in the local area with over 11 years experience in the industry. As a Registered Nurse RGN you will be permanently employed by the company to look after 1 service user who has a small nursing team to look after the gentleman at home. The service user is a young adult early 20’s who is bed bound, also suffers from seizures and requires hoisting.

What is the job of a Registered Nurse?

Our Registered Nurse is essential to help the service user live a dignified and meaningful life. The job requires the highest of standards, bags of passion while always considering the resident’s choices, their views and respecting their independence.

This is just a small snap shot of the role of a Registered Nurse:

A first start will be always taking responsibility for the well-being of our service user including; making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met
Exceptional people skills offering guidance if required to your service user and also your colleagues, you'll lead, motivate and mentor this team to ensure the safe and efficient day to day running of the care
A command of knowledge of CQC regulations
Throughout the day or  night, you'll monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to the relevant standards, policies and legislation.
Simply put, you will be fully supported to grow and develop however paramount to this is your ability to maintain the highest level nursing practice.
