Your new role
As an administrator you will be responsible for overseeing incoming communication and document via email,processing and checking of documents, data input onto central systems, sending out communications to customers, updating excel reports, dealing within incoming telephone enquiries and provided first class customer service.
What you'll need to succeed
Candidates should have the following skills and experience;
* Previous experience within an administration environment
* Strong IT skills with a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
* The ability to work to tight deadlines
* Strong attention to detail
* Customer service experience
