Multiple Private Client Solicitors sought on a permanent basis for an established practice in Buckinghamshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced solicitors to join our client’s specialist private client team located in Gerrards Cross. The successful solicitor will utilise their knowledge and expertise to manage their own caseload of private client matters, whilst ensuring excellent client care and service on a daily basis. Membership of STEP is highly advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

Will drafting
Probate matters
Applications for grants of probate
Estate planning
Advising on inheritance tax  
Probate property sales
Lasting powers of attorney
Creation of trusts
Building client relationships
The Candidate

Qualified solicitors with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE
Technical proficiency in private client is essential
Able to explain complex matters in clear, accessible language
Membership of STEP is highly advantageous
Strives for high standards in their work
Ideally has some experience in probate property sales
Ensures a client-focused approach
Is personable, highly organised and detail orientated
