A fantastic opportunity has arisen for Property Lawyer to join an established firm based in Bedford. The team are currently seeing an influx of work within their department, therefore now seeking an ambitious individual with at least two years post qualification experience to join their growing department.

The role would require you to manage a mix caseload of both residential and commercial property matters. Although there would be a slight focus toward general commercial property matters which includes sale and purchase transactions, commercial leases, acquisitions and some development work acting on behalf of mid-high net worth client base.

The ideal candidate would have experience in dealing with all matters related to both residential and commercial property. You will be highly organised with great academics and good communication skills. You will have great technical ability with the desire to grow and develop within your role.
