Corporate Legal Counsel

Our client is a market leader within the energy sector and now seeking a Corporate Legal Counsel for an immediate start. The position offers remote working with the very occasion travel for office and external meetings.

Applicants will be qualified Solicitors with an in-house legal background and a minimum of two years PQE, ideally having exposure handling; private equity, finance, M&A and other associated Corporate law matters.

An excellent salary and package will be on offer which includes home working and flexibility.
