Conveyancing Solicitor, Conveyancing Consultant, Sale, Purchase, Commercial Property, Residential Property, Permanent, Gerrards Cross

A Conveyancing Solicitor is required by an accredited Law Firm based in Gerrards Cross.

You will be a Conveyancing Solicitor with minimum 5+ years’ PQE to head a department for expanding the law firm. This is an exciting opportunity for a Residential and Commercial Conveyancer looking for personal and career growth opportunities; allowing you to build upon your experience within a modern & dynamic practice.

A Consultant/fee share arrangement will be preferable with or without following but either full/part time employment is considered.

The Conveyancing Solicitor will handle a full caseload from instruction to post-completion, to include:

Sales
Purchases
Lease Extensions
Re-mortgages
New-builds
Equity Release
 The successful Conveyancing Solicitor’s skills and experience:

5+ years’ PQE
Experience in the above matters
The ability to work unsupervised
The ability to offer a high level of client care
Networking abilities
The salary on offer is dependent on experience with flexible working hours.
