Our client is a Legal 500 firm based in Buckinghamshire who are looking to recruit a Senior Commercial Real Estate Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE to join the team.

The successful applicant will be handling a broad range of high-net worth Commercial Real Estate matters with an emphasis on land acquisition & development work. Work would include site acquisitions and disposals, site assemblies, pursuant to both conditional and unconditional contracts, Option and Promotion Agreements, Joint venture and Development Agreements

Candidates should have an aptitude for networking and business development, be personable and able to handle clients in a highly professional manner.
