IT Support Technician
Do you have experience providing IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues? Are comfortable and confident being on the front line in a customer facing environment. If so we are currently recruiting an IT Technician to provide both 1st and 2nd Line hands on support. The position is a customer site based role (Gerrards cross – Buckinghamshire) for one of our MSP clients in who put service and delivery at the forefront of what they do.
This is a pivotal role within the business, working as part of a small team of specialists with exposure to a wide array of different technologies You will be investigating and supporting the IT infrastructure, hardware and software across the organisation. Working with closely with the escalations engineers to help resolve more complex issues and deployment projects.
What you will need:
* Experience in an IT support role
* Knowledge of Windows operating systems, both pc and servers
* Knowledge of computer hardware, software, security and networking
* Experience with 365 management
* Any SharePoint experience would be beneficial
* An IT qualification such as A+ or MCSA
* Full driving licence
* This role would suit an experienced IT Support Technician looking for a new challenge
You will be equipped with everything you need to know to support the IT users and will receive specialist support to further develop your hands on experience.
