IT Support Technician | Gerrards Cross | Up to £25,000 + Benefits Package

A rapidly growing MSP require an IT Support Technician to work on behalf of one of their new clients where you will be responsible for investigating, troubleshooting and supporting IT infrastructure, hardware and software. This role would suit an experienced IT Support Technician looking for a new challenge

Technical support is a big task, and this is a pivotal front-line role. You will work alongside a professional team of IT support specialists and gain exposure to a wide array of different technologies and vital problem-solving skills.

To be considered for this role you will have:

* A minimum of 12 months experience in an IT support role
* Knowledge of Windows operating systems, both pc and servers
* Knowledge of computer hardware, software, security and networking
* Experience with Office 365 management
* Any SharePoint experience would be beneficial
* An IT qualification such as A+ or MCSA

It is not expected that you will be knowledgeable in all of the technologies/tools that are currently used, but you must be talented and be capable of learning other technologies as required.
