£22-25k (depending on experience)
My client is recruiting for a 1st Line Desktop Support / Helpdesk Engineer for a position based in Gerrards Cross (Buckinghamshire). The position will be working for a Managed Service provider on site with a key customer – customer engagement/excellent communication skills are ESSENTIAL!
Experience/Skills:
12-24 months experience supporting customers users ideally within an MSP following ITIL best practice
Microsoft Server
Office 365
Microsoft Exchange
Windows 10
Email filtering solutions
Microsoft RDS solutions
Active Directory
PC Builds
