Full Time School Systems Administrator – Gerrard’s Cross, Buckinghamshire

A friendly and welcoming school located in Gerrard’s Cross Buckinghamshire has had a permanent full time (30 hours per week) School Systems Administrator opportunity become available term time only plus 3 weeks in the school holidays which would be working with a team of three professional colleagues.

This modern school has impressive facilities, local access to public transport and staff parking.

Responsibilities

* Provide systems support to maintain the MIS system for the school

* Day to day running of the school reception

Requirements

* Excellent IT skills: Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills, Word, Outlook, Excel spreadsheets/Pivot tables/use of formulas.

* Ability to manipulate and analyse data

* Understanding of databases

* Experience in an admin role, ideally but not essentially in a school setting

* Educated to A level standard or equivalent

* GCSE grade C pass (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English Skills
