* Forward thinking BUILD Main Contractor is seeking to appoint a Bid Writer / Proposals Writer.
Based in the Head Office you will be involved in Tender submissions on Fast Track Projects within Industrial Sector – Distribution , Food , Pharmaceutical & High Value Technology. Lump Sum / Design & Build solutions to cash rich International Clients.

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for writing tender submissions
* Responsible for supporting Bid Manager
* Be able to come up with a submission that meets the needs of the client
* Be able to write effective, concise and compelling content
* Working with Estimators, Project Engineers and Precon Manager to ensure submission is submitted on time and along brand & values
* Be able to support BDD with PQQs and EOIs
* Collation and maintenance of stock PQQ/Tender answers
Skills:
* Ability to take rough draft information and develop into a submission
* High level knowledge of MS Word
* Experience using InDesign (be able to populate text boxes and change images etc)
* Keen eye for detail
* Capable of managing several deadlines and fluctuating workload
