My client is a small RC frame specialist contractor and they are looking for someone to work on tender and project planning. This will be on schemes with values between a few hundred thousand and 10 million pounds. These schemes are all in and around London and the Home Counties.

A qualified and experienced Planner would be ideal but my client is also interested in Engineers, Site or Project Managers who are looking for a change of direction.

Ideally you will have an understanding of reinforced concrete construction and associated groundworks- this will come from working with a subcontractor in the groundworks/rc frame sector.

More important though is a level of proficiency with ASTA planning software.

The rate or salary and package is dependent on your level of experience.

Most of your time will be spent in the office with occasional site visits.
